Why EvrFit exists.

Most calorie apps hand you one formula at signup and never revisit it. The number you see in week one is the number you see in week fifty, no matter what actually happened in between. EvrFit was built because that's the wrong shape for a problem that changes every week.

Every target — calories, protein, how hard a training day should push you — comes from a plain calculation based on your body, your goal and how active you are. It runs twice, once on your phone and once on the server, and both have to agree before you're shown anything. The AI writes the meals and the coaching note. It never picks a number.

Adjustments are small, capped, and only happen once there's real measured history behind them — three weeks of it. A single heavy weekend doesn't move your targets, and neither does a good mood.

And it's health data, so it's private by default and deletable on demand. That isn't a feature we're planning. It's how it already works.

It's health data. We treat it that way.

Reports are read on your phone

Lab reports and prescriptions are parsed on your device. Only a short summary — never the original document — goes any further.

One account can't reach another's data

Every account's records are walled off at the database itself, not just by the app's rules, so even a bug in the app can't expose someone else's log.

Delete it yourself, whenever

Delete your account, or reset your logs and plans while keeping your profile answers. Both self-service, no support ticket. Food photos age out on their own.
