Frequently asked questions
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — EvrFit is iPhone only for now. It reads your steps, sleep and heart rate straight from Apple Health, and there's no matching setup on Android yet. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know if that changes.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. A watch gives us better sleep and activity numbers, but any tracker that feeds into Apple Health works just as well. You can also just type everything in yourself and skip the wearable completely.
Does this replace my doctor or dietitian?
No. EvrFit works around the conditions and medicines you tell it about, but it can't diagnose anything and it isn't medical advice. Keep seeing your doctor — especially if you're managing something like diabetes or blood pressure.
What if I stop logging for a few days?
Nothing breaks. If you only log a couple of days in a week, EvrFit knows that's not the full picture and leans on your earlier weeks instead. A quiet week won't drag your plan off course.
Does exercising let me eat more that day?
No, and that's on purpose. A workout never tops up your food budget — that's the trap that quietly undoes most people's goals. Your budget is set across the whole week, so one big meal gets soaked up instead of ruining the day.
Is my health data used to train AI models?
No. Your meals, weight and reports stay yours. Lab reports are read on your phone, and only a short summary is ever sent on — the file itself never leaves your device.
What does it cost?
We haven't settled the pricing yet. Whatever we land on, we'll tell you exactly what it costs — and what you get without paying — before you ever have to decide.
When does it launch?
The App Store release is what we're working towards next. The waitlist is how you'll hear about it first.
